Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection's luxury country house hotel and spa, is to launch a Sunday Feast menu, a home style traditional Sunday Lunch served in relaxed luxury for friends or family in the Conservatory of Restaurant Coworth Park.
Restaurant Coworth Park has a well-established reputation for providing fine-dining under the expert direction of executive chef Brian Hughson, who will be carving poultry and game himself at guests' tables. Guests will also be personally attended by the delightfully convivial restaurant manager Thomas Mercier and head sommelier Alexandre Michel in the Conservatory, which is a private room adjoining the restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of the estate grounds.
Sunday Feasts are available to book for parties of eight to 14, and offer the option of the 'Feathered Feast' with roast duck and roast chicken, the 'Suckling Pig Feast' with whole suckling pig, or the 'Shellfish Feast', with a plateau de fruits de mer. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced such as poultry from Bramble Farm and asparagus from Eveleigh Farm.
Each Sunday Feast includes a starter, main course, dessert, and tea and coffee to finish, as well as an optional cheese course for an additional £5 per person. Prices start at £65 per person and guests will need to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. For reservations please contact Coworth Park on restaurants.CPA@dorchestercollection.com / +44(0) 1344 876 600.
