Couples should send an email to halloween@village-hotels.com including their full name/s, email, home address and telephone number in order to be entered into the draw to win a free room.

Winners will be required to bring photographic proof of ID to show at check-in. All applicants must be UK citizens, and be over the age of 18 years of age. Only one free room per winning couple is available.

Only one free room per Village Urban Resort will be offered to a couple and eligibility is based on a first come, first served basis. Proof of ID is needed for both Carrie and Freddie. No entries will be accepted without proof of ID. Only one person per household can apply, verified by postcode on identification.

A free Upper Deck room for Carrie and Freddie is available on Friday 31st October 2014 only. Room bookings are subject to availability. Free room cannot be exchanged for a cash value. Free room cannot be transferred to someone else to use and is on a bed & breakfast basis and additional extras will be chargeable.
