Entertainment, pomp, and circumstance at Gendarmenmarkt: the entire ground floor of the five-star luxury hotel will be transformed into a party palace for the evening. Lovers of fine dining can enjoy a range of haute cuisine, including Sylt oysters, sautéed prawns, and lobster au gratin, presented at live cooking stations by chefs from the gourmet restaurant Fischers Fritz. Created especially for the event, a Veuve Clicquot champagne bar in the hotel lobby is the perfect setting for sparkling conversation. Providing music on three dance floors are the big band Jive Park from Berlin, rock 'n' roll group The Blue Ribbon Four from Frankfurt, and DJ Smooth's New Year's Eve Mix - all guaranteed to get people dancing, but the entertainment does not stop there.
