Reef Elite is our guest loyalty program that acknowledges guests' loyalty and allows guests to take advantage of exclusive offers, 'experiences' and discounts.
As an independent hotel we can offer an independent loyalty program and most importantly we offer 'perks' and not 'points'.
With three levels of membership from bronze, through silver to gold we offer an ever increasing level of perks.
To reach bronze level a stay of seven nights is required.
Depending on the level of membership perks include for discounts on our in house services and complimentary pressing to a complimentary room upgrade, complimentary airport transfers and a surprise gift on special occasions.
