Shirodhara has been used for 5000 years in India and the word Shirodhara is derived from two words: 'Shiro' meaning head and 'dhara' meaning flow.

Whilst you lie in total calmness, luke warm herbal oil is slowly poured rhythmically in a continuous stream onto the forehead through a traditional copper vessel leaving you in a destressed and a calm frame of mind for the rest of the day.

After your Shirodhara treatment a herbal tea will be served in the tranquil spa courtyard to the sounds of the ocean waves.
