With another year coming to a close, what better excuse to make that much needed escape from a busy life to revitalise, refresh and start the new year on a healthy footing? The Puma Hotels Collection has launched a new year package with a difference – a comprehensive health, fitness and wellbeing weekend programme without a military bootcamp session in sight.
The Puma Body MOT is available on selected weekends throughout January and February at seven hotels in the Puma Hotels portfolio: The Imperial, Blackpool; Redworth Hall Hotel, County Durham; Shrigley Hall Hotel, Cheshire; Billesley Manor Hotel, near Stratford-upon-Avon; Hinckley Island Hotel, Leicestershire; Cheltenham Park Hotel and The Imperial Hotel, Torquay.
Unlike other ‘bootcamp’ style retreats where the focus is on intense physical activity, Puma’s Body MOT offers a comprehensive weekend that focuses on providing guests with a unique and personalised exercise and nutrition programme, specifically suited to their individual needs and goals. Alongside exercise classes, massage therapists are on hand to massage tired, aching muscles and healthy cookery demonstrations will also take place to educate on nutrition.
In order to ensure that guests keep up with their new healthy regime, the Body MOT package also features exclusive access to an online coaching system, providing continued motivation and support even after the weekend.
The Body MOT package costs £350 per person for the weekend, which takes place from 2pm on a Friday until 11am on Monday. The price includes all food, activities and accommodation.
Example: Cheltenham Park Hotel
£350 per person for a three night stay from Sunday 24 – Monday 27 January
A stunning country house hotel located near to the Cotswolds and the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham, the Cheltenham Park Hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing Body MOT in 2014. The weekend starts with a nutrition and lifestyle talk, followed by an outdoor team fitness session. Saturday’s activities include core fitness, pilates, boxfit and a lifestyle talk, while Sunday’s activities include a healthy cookery demonstration, circuits and a yogalates session. When not taking part in activities, guests are free to explore the hotel’s grounds, make use of the complimentary leisure facilities and swimming pool or sports massages.
