Kick off your weekend with a relaxed lunch with friends and family at our 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse which is now open for lunch on Saturday as well as Sunday. If you love seafood, you'll adore Rech and the new 5-course* Weekend Lunch Menu (HK$588 per person), available on both Saturday and Sunday (12 noon – 2:30pm).
The 5-course Lunch by Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina begins with a sampler of shellfish and crustaceans.
Then for the Starter, your choice of:
- Grilled octopus, tiny potatoes
- Green asparagus velouté
- Our salmon Koulibiac
Next select your main course:
- Grand Aïoli (starring Rech's signature Wild Cod)
- Pollock, beetroot and turnip
- Small spelt from Haute-Provence, seasonal vegetables, herb pesto
- Or for an additional HK$200 per person, Beef Chateaubriand in brioche
Rech's signature Camembert is served next.
For dessert, choose from Pastry Chef Thomas Moulin's special creations:
- Crêpes Suzette
- Grapefruit Soufflé
- Strawberry/rhubarb contemporary vacherin
- Your choice of Paris-Parisienne (pastries):
Vanilla Millefuille, our style Fontainebleau and Strawberries, Raspberry Tart,
Paris–Brest and our Tropézienne
