The next best thing to “April in Paris” is “April at Rech by Alain Ducasse”, the first international outpost of Paris's most famous seafood restaurant. Also Rech is now open for dinner on Mondays, so you can choose to dine with us any night of the week. As of April 21, Rech will also be open for lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
This month the 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse at InterContinental Hong Kong celebrates spring with a new à la carte menu showcasing seasonal produce from France. If you love fresh seafood, you'll adore Rech Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina's new spring dishes which feature baby spring vegetables from France such as fennel, beetroot and girolle mushrooms. Pastry Chef Thomas Moulin has incorporated seasonal fruit including pineapple and grapefruit as well as pistachios into his new desserts.
The new dishes include:
- Herb printed pasta, girolles-shallots-parsley
- John Dory aiguillette and squid, fennel
- Roasted Pigeon breast from France, turnip and baby beetroot
(For this dish, Chef Stéphane has created a “twist between French and Chinese cuisine” with the pigeon legs served in 'bao' buns with foie gras, Colonnata bacon and black truffle.) - Confit and iced grapefruit, vodka granite
- Pistachio éclair

From May 1-31, Rech by Alain Ducasse celebrates Le French GourMay by offering both an Apéritif and 5-course menu which pays homage to Provence, the showcased region this year.
Le French GourMay Apéritif: Rosé Wine & Pissaladière
Start the evening with a glass of Rosé wine (Château Roubine La Vie en Rose) from Côtes de Provence, paired with Pissaladière, a traditional bread dough from Nice with caramelised onions, black olives & anchovies (HK$120 per person).
Le French GourMay Dinner Menu
Then indulge in Le French GourMay 5-course Menu (HK$1,188 per person) created by Rech Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina, who hails from Nice.
Stephane has selected seasonal products from Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur to highlight on his 5-course menu which includes:
- Delicate green asparagus broth, crayfish
- Small spelt from Haute-Provence, girolle-lemon-basil
- Wild sea bass, confit tomato-olive-panisse
- Farmed Banon goat cheese
- Tropézienne tart, our way

Now and throughout the year, the “RUSH TO RECH” 3-course Menu (HK$450 + 10% service per person) which is available for bookings from 6:00pm-6:45pm (last order at 6:45pm) and 10:00pm-11:00pm* is ideal for an early or late dinner with friends or business associates, or a quick dinner before or after a concert or movie,
The “RUSH TO RECH” Menu offers a choice of 3 Fines de Claire de Marennes Oléron n°33 Oysters or the signature “Club” Crab and Mango for the Starter. For the main course, choose between the Cookpot of small spelt, squid and sesame seeds or the Wild cod aïoli. For dessert, choose either our signature “Mr Rech”: hazelnut ice cream and chocolate sauce (from Alain Ducasse's Manufacture in Paris) or “Pineapple, roasted peanuts” (with seared pineapple, homemade peanut praline and peanut ice cream).
