Make the most of the Easter break with a visit to the capital's weirdest attraction, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!
London.
Take a look at 'egg-citing' exhibits including seven real fossilised Dinosaur eggs, a vintage lamp carved from ostrich eggs and a two headed lamb - just one of over 700 bizarre exhibits at the central London attraction.
Thrill seekers can also try their luck at 'Russian Roul-egg' on Easter Sunday (8 April 2012) for the chance to gain free entry to the bizarre attraction. The jokey (or should that be 'yolky'?) challenge will see visitors asked to pick an egg at random from a box of six and smash it on their head. While five will be hard-boiled, one of the half-dozen will be raw.
Anyone lucky enough to 'survive' by finding a cooked egg will win a free ticket to Ripley's Believe It Or Not! London - home to thousands of weird and wonderful exhibits from around the world including a life sized knitted Ferrari and real Ecuadorian shrunken heads.
Ripley's Russian Roul-egg will be taking place on 8 April between 11am - 2pm. One free entry per family or group. Protective smocks will be provided to all contestants to wear over clothing when taking part in the challenge.
Ripley's Believe It or Not! London is open seven days a week, 365 days a year from 10am until midnight. Ultimate Explorer tickets to this world of wonders, situated in the heart of London's West End, start from £26.95 per adult and £21.95 per child, including entry to the Mirror Maze and the brand new LaseRace. Ultimate Explorer family tickets are available for £87.95, based on two adults and two children.
