Marlin is Ravenna's newly opened fresh seafood restaurant situated at Terme Beach Resort on its own 80-meter deep stretch of sandy beach.

• The culinary signature of this locale is the freshly prepared seafood, with the fish sourced daily from the local boats fishing in the Adriatic waters.
• Beyond the seafood options, many of the desserts are handmade on site, with many of the other foods, like the vegetables and dairy produce, sourced locally. The chefs prefer to personally select the food they wish to prepare.
• Another specialty of the region found on the menu is grilled sliced beef, once again featuring locally sourced beef.
• Other menu options include egg spaghetti with local tuna sauce; spaghetti with clams; anchovies Saor style; handmade cheese stuffed cappelletti pasta with meat ragout, and handmade tagliatelle pasta with cuttlefish and green peas.
• Great attention is also paid to the wine and beer list which features fine Italian wines like Falanghina, Vermentino from Sardinia, Prosecco and Aglianico. There is also an extensive selection of artisan beers featuring stouts and ales.

Marlin is open daily to both hotel guests and visitors, with the bar area operating between 8am and 6pm, naturally serving a wide range of quality local Italian wines. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12.15-14.30, and dinner from 19.15-22.30.

ACCESS

The nearest airport, reached in an hour by car, is Bologna, serviced by a number of daily flights including BA from Heathrow and Ryan Air from Stansted.  The hotel also offers free return airport/hotel transfers for guests (minimum number three people).

For customers booking direct, the hotel can book any number of things in advance, ranging from tickets to Ravenna Festival performances, car hire, restaurant reservations and transfers. On-site hotel cycles are available for hire, free of charge.
