Rancho Bernardo Inn's �Expedite Tonight� Package Gives Guests A First Hand, Behind-The-Scenes Take One Of San Diego's Best Restaurants, El Bizcocho

San Diego, CA - The Rancho Bernardo Inn, one of California's premier resorts, invites visitors to experience what it's like to work in the kitchen of the resort's critically acclaimed El Bizcocho restaurant with its new two day, two night, �Expedite Tonight� package. This unique offering gives participants the chance to go beyond the dining room into the kitchen, learning what it takes to create some of San Diego's most exquisite cuisine.

After their arrival at the resort, guests begin their experience by enjoying a delicious lunch at the Veranda Bar & Grill with a member of the resort's food and beverage department to discuss the game plan for that evening's kitchen adventure. Guests will also meet with El Bizcocho's chef de cuisine, Gavin Kaysen, to get some insider tips on the restaurant, including how the kitchen is run and how the menu is created.

The real fun begins when participants report for duty in their monogrammed chef's whites and spend the night working with the kitchen staff. Along with getting an �up close� perspective of Chef Kaysen in action, guests will �expedite� meals as they go from the line to the table. At the end of the evening, the expeditors get to participate in another nightly kitchen ritual, sitting down to enjoy a late night staff meal, before turning in for the night to one of the resort's deluxe rooms. The next morning's activities include a leisurely breakfast and a special Expeditor's Massage at the resort's spa to soothe weary muscles. After all that hard work, the stay concludes that night with a Chef's Tasting Menu dinner in the exquisite dining room at El Bizcocho, and one more restful sleep in a luxurious guest room.

For only $698, the �Expedite Tonight� package for one person includes:

o Accommodations for two nights, excluding tax and gratuity.
