POTOMAC FALLS, Va.,—RaceQuest, a travel and event management company focused exclusively on the training and race travel needs of endurance sports athletes, announced details today for its Costa Rica Triathlon Training Camp which takes place February 12-17, 2014, in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

RaceQuest is partnering with champion professional triathletes and coaches Chris “Big Sexy” McDonald, Donna Phelan, and Katya Meyers to provide the training program and coaching for this all-inclusive, 5-day triathlon camp which will be based at beautiful Coco Bay Estates, in Guanacaste.

The Perfect Offseason Training Getaway

RaceQuest has designed the training camp to be a family-friendly event, welcoming non-training guests to make it a week in Costa Rica that everyone will enjoy. Extras such as an on-site Nanny and an activity-filled Kids Camp will allow athletes to receive world-class training while RaceQuest manages all details and client needs throughout the week.

This all-inclusive camp experience is comprehensive, with a range of pricing options that include the guests’ choice of luxurious accommodations, all meals with special dietary options available, nutrition needs during the camp, round trip airport shuttle service, access to amenities at Coco Bay Estates, and the coaching services of three of triathlon’s most respected professionals.

“As triathletes ourselves, we understand what a huge part our families and friends play in our success, and we wanted to build the kind of travel experiences that would encourage a family-friendly environment,” said RaceQuest Co-Founder, Krista Baker-Scheyer. “To have not one but three of the best coaches in triathlon in Chris McDonald, Donna Phelan and Katya Meyers mentoring our athletes will make our camp truly a “can’t miss” experience,” said Baker-Scheyer.
