Since 7th June, an air of celebration has been blowing over Pointe de la Vigie, at the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach. The much-awaited Club La Vigie Monte-Carlo has opened for the season, and offers a new festive and exclusive club for guests to discover until 3rd September. In the true spirit of a day club, it offers secluded bungalows hidden amongst the pine trees (dubbed "Love Nests”), as well as a buzzing musical programme hosted by a resident DJ. Club La Vigie also boasts a creative cocktail bar and restaurant, with two-Michelin-star chef Marcel Ravin at the helm delivering a unique menu of Mediterranean flavours. With this new opening and a host of exciting developments for summer 2023, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is reinventing the art of partying and celebration.  

Set in a lush setting overlooking the sea at the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach, Club La Vigie Monte-Carlo opened its doors on the 7th of June on Pointe de la Vigie. A little paradise where life and summer are celebrated is rediscovering its original DNA and has become the essential venue for festive afternoons and sunsets on the Riviera. From noon to 8pm daily, the club's lounge offers "sunbeds" for the ideal destination to relax to music. Resident DJ, Supa Ju, and her vibrant House and Deep House set will liven up summer afternoons, along with guest DJs who visit from Thursday to Sunday – including notable names such as Sacha Muki, Siryll, Selim Sivade, Vall, Gioé and Sylvain Armand. The latter will be in leading the "Décadanse" concept in homage to the iconic song by Serge Gainsbourg in 1971. 

Club La Vigie is also unveiling the best-kept secret in Monte-Carlo Beach since 1952: its bungalows nestled within the rock and pine forest, which have been dubbed "Love Nests".  Perfect for cosy moments with loved ones or friends, these idyllic cliff side refuges can accommodate four to six people, and offer an exceptional view of the Mediterranean and the Bay of Monaco. Guests using the bungalows can also order directly from the restaurant menu by Marcel Ravin, which is available all day in the intimate, secluded, and authentic setting. The Love Nests can be booked for private use for the day.

To complete the festive experience and delight the hearts and taste buds of its guests, Club La Vigie Monte-Carlo lounge and restaurant, offers a summer menu brought to life by two-star-awarded chef, Marcel Ravin. In keeping with a principle that is dear to Marcel Ravin's heart, produce used on the menu have a strong local emphasis, featuring seasonal ingredients, fruits, and vegetables, as well as freshly caught seafood. 

The menu features a selection of finger food with a summer vibe, such as the typical dish of the Riviera "la bagna caude" and an olive and lobster salad, as well as inspired dishes to share, fitting perfectly into the setting. 

"We worked with Pascal Garrigues and Julien Vadrot from the Monte-Carlo Beach team to create this exciting new identity for the venue. My idea for this place was to be able to receive customers as if you were welcoming them into your home, with friends, to come and share a moment around the table, either standing up or comfortably seated in the "sunbeds", and for each person to experience this freedom and lightness: to dance, sing, soak up this holiday atmosphere! " 

The Bohemian-inspired décor with contemporary lines and vistas of the sea has been magnified by one of the references in the interior design of clubs and festive restaurants, from Saint-Barth to Miami, including Courcheval: Samy Chams. A radiant universe where yellow pays homage to the sun and the colours of Monte-Carlo Beach, in a cool and refined dolce vita feel. 

A little extra: this day club, hidden from view, is easily accessed from the sea thanks to a private jetty for boats visiting the coast. There is also a shuttle to Maona Monte-Carlo to continue the evening under the stars.
