The Quality Inn & Suites at Park Shore, located at 4055 Tamiami Trail North, is now open. Formerly operated as the Clarion Inn & Suites Hotel and originally known as the Inn of Naples, the Quality Inn & Suites at Park Shore features a classic Mediterranean style and a prime location, just minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The Quality Inn & Suites at Park Shore is owned and operated by Tynmar Corporation of Naples, Fla.

The 99-unit hotel features 62 deluxe and executive rooms and 37 one-bedroom suites. Each guest room features one king or two queen-size beds, private balcony, refrigerator, coffee maker, remote-control TV with free HBO, videocassette player, telephone with multiple lines and voice mail, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. An in-room safe is available for an extra charge. One bedroom suites feature a separate living room with TV, sleeper sofa and plush robes. Executive suites also feature an in-room desk, microwave and wet bar. All rooms will have free high-speed wireless Internet access by the end of the month.

Non-smoking rooms and rooms for individuals with disabilities are available.

The Quality Inn & Suites at Park Shore hotel features an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and nearby golf and tennis. A 1,500 square foot meeting room accommodates up to 80 people. A business center featuring computer, printer, fax, and copier; guest laundry and valet cleaning service are available to guests at a separate cost.

The Quality Inn & Suites at Park Shore is conveniently located on U.S. Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) and just four miles from exit 107 of I-75. The hotel is a half mile from Naples Trolley Tours, two miles from Naples Pier/Beach, Philharmonic Center and Caribbean Garden and two and a half miles from Lowder Mill Park/Beach.

Summer rates start at $65. Winter rates, which begin Dec. 20 and last until Apr. 1, 2005, start at $145. Rates include a complimentary hot breakfast of waffles, sausage, assorted pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, milk, tea and coffee. Complimentary USA TODAY newspapers are available in the hotel�s lobby.

Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups. Children, ages 18 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.
