Pure Michigan has launched their new travel agent training programme in the UK and Ireland with Online Travel Training (OTT).

The state of Michigan has seen an increase in demand from British Travellers over the past couple of years due to the direct daily flights from London Heathrow into Detroit, and the new training programme will allow agents to boost their knowledge of the Great Lake State to accommodate the growth in interest.

The OTT Pure Michigan programme highlights key areas for UK travel agents to focus on. As well as Key Selling Points and Fun Facts which allow agents to find out all they need to know in one place.  The training modules will focus on the key areas for international travellers to Michigan, including Detroit, Traverse City, Grand Rapids and Mackinac Island.

Pure Michigan will be giving away 20 prizes to agents who successfully complete the training programme by 31st July 2017, these include Motown CD's and Henry Ford goody bags.
