Just a Drop was the beneficiary of the UKinbound Summer Ball which took place at the Marriott London Grosvenor Square Hotel, Park Lane last month. The event, a highlight of the industry's summer calendar, brought together travel colleagues and friends from all sectors of the industry.

In total the charity raised £3,080 thanks to the generosity of the UKinbound organisers, the guests and prize donors. In keeping with the evening’s James Bond theme, prizes included an Aston Martin driving experience, donated by Affordable Car Hire and a ‘shaken but not stirred’ Martini Cocktail Master class, offered by Planet Hollywood. In addition, Puma Hotels Collection kindly offered a two-night stay at their hotel and Bicester Village donated a VIP day for ten at Bicester Village, allowing the lucky winners to find out if diamonds really are forever….  

To commemorate everyone’s efforts, the funds will be used as part-funding towards a borehole project in Uganda.
