The Cyprus Tourism Organisation has had a couple of last minute places become available on its next press trip to Cyprus, departing next week.
The trip is an opportunity to get know the island, sample the delicious food and experience the legendary Greek hospitality. The press trip will be leaving the UK on Thursday 22nd February and arriving back on Sunday 25th February 2018.
As a fantastic way to get to know Cyprus, you'll experience why the third largest island in the Mediterranean attracts over 3 million visitors every year. Itinerary includes:
- Paphos' world-famous archaeological sites: The Tomb of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park
- Petra tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of the Greek goddess Aphrodite
- Lara Bay – a turtle conservation area
- The stunning Avakas Gorge
- Halloumi tasting
- Seeing a traditional local sweet – loukoumia (aka Cyprus Delight) – being made
- Tour of Drousheia village
There are two flight options on offer:
- Option One: flight departs London Gatwick at 07:10 on Thursday 22nd (arriving into Pafos at 13:40) returning from Pafos on the Sunday at 14:20 and arriving back into Gatwick at 17:20
- Option Two: flight departs Manchester at 12:30 on Thursday 22nd (arriving into Pafos at 19:15) returning from Pafos on the Sunday at 14:25 and arriving back into Manchester at 17:40.
