We're looking to recruit media (photographers, writers and videographers with a commission) for the press trip below.

A 4-day press trip exploring the incredible Alpe Adria Trail, which cuts a stunning route through the Slovenian, Austrian and Italian borders.

Europe's 'Garden of Eden' encompasses some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes that Europe has to offer, from the turquoise waters of the Adriatic sea to winding paths high in the Alps. This long distance hiking trail leads from the foot of the highest mountain in Austria, the Grossglockner, through the most beautiful mountain and lake regions in Carinthia.

The press trip will take place between Thursday the 23rd and Monday the 27th of April and flights are included. There will be approximately four hours of walking per day. You'll also have the opportunity to stay in luxury accommodation and dine on traditional cuisine.

Outline itinerary:

Day 1 - Thursday 23rd April
- Arrival at Ljubljana airport, transfer to Velden, Austria.
- Visit the historic Schlosshotel Velden, a popular Austrian Hotel on Lake Woerth for dinner and an overnight stay (spa facilities available).

Day 2 – Friday 24th April - Austria to Slovenia
- Transfer to Köstenberg, Austria - a town close to the borders of Slovenia and Italy.
- Hiking on Stage 20 of the trail from Köstenberg to Velden with a stop over in Oberdorf at Drabosnjak Museum. Passing by Saissersee, you'll have the opportunity to stop at Velden and Wörther See, a beatiful Alpine lake.
- Transfer to Kranjska Gora, Slovenia overnight.

Day 3 –Saturday 25th April - Italy to Slovenia
Transfer from Kranjska Gora to Fusine Lakes and onto Tarvisio, Italy.
- Hiking around the regions various lakes and then up to Rifugio Zacchi for lunch on the mighty Monte Lussari - a mountain in the Julian Alps.
- Transfer to Bovec, Slovenia – dinner, overnight.

Day 4 –Sunday 26th April – Slovenia
-Transfer to Triglav National Park, Slovenia's only national park which covers some 800s sqkm and extends into Italy.
- Walking stage 24 of the trail to Bovec. Pass the picturesque Soča river and Soča gorgesbefore dining in Bovec and transfering to Šmarje – Hotel San Martin, Goriška Brda visiting an old village Šmartno, dinner, overnight stay.

Day 5 Monday – 27th April
- Walking stage 30 of the trail to castle Dobrovo where you'll have lunch and visit several vineries for tastings of Slovenian wine.
- Flight back to London in the afternoon.
