Perception are delighted to have been appointed as the UK PR team for La Cala Resort and we are organising both individual press trips and a group press trip detailed below during July.

La Cala Resort in the Costa del Sol is a four star resort located 30 minutes from Malaga airport and 20 minutes from vibrant Marbella, set within a peaceful environment with dramatic views of the mountains, ideal for a honeymoon getaway, mini-moon or wedding celebration. The hotel can accommodate outdoor banquets, cocktail parties and civil ceremonies and the day after the wedding the happy couple have complimentary access to the thermal suites at the Spa.

Set in 1,050 acres, the Resort has 107 bedrooms, three 18 hole championship golf courses, the La Cala Golf Academy, an extensive Spa, tennis courts and three restaurants.

Golfers can practise their skills with the help of La Cala Golf Academy which offers tuition programs ranging from beginner to professional, and provides individual or group lessons with the Academy's multilingual golf professionals.

Those needing to be pampered can enjoy a range of revitalising treatments at La Cala's luxurious spa. Overlooking the golf courses and local nature reserves, the spa offers a vast range of invigorating and relaxing treatments, ranging from thermal suites to hydrotherapy pools and even has a sauna with a view!

Sunday 20th July

                        Transfers from Malaga International Airport to the Resort    

Approx 13.30   Arrive at La Calla Resort. Welcome drinks

14.00 – 15.30  Lunch in the Casa Club 

16.00 – 17.00  Tour of the Golf courses, running circuit, football pitch (on golf buggies)

17.00 – 18.00  Informal Golf Lesson

18.00 – 19.00  Yoga Class in the Spa

21.00 – 22.30  Dinner, “Tapas experience” in LA BODEGA Restaurant.

Monday 21st July

08.00 – 10.00   Breakfast at leisure in the Restaurant La Terraza

10.00 – 11.00   Pilates Class in the Spa

11.30 – 12.30   Cooking classes in La Bodega

14.00 – 16.00   Lunch in the Cala Club

16.00 – 20.00   Spa afternoon, Spa circuit, treatments and time to relax

21.00                 Cocktails and Gala Dinner at the Patio Naranjo

Tuesday 22nd July

08.00 – 10.00 Breakfast in the Restaurant La Terraza
