A special menu featuring a selection of eight Absolut Vodka cocktails created by Antonia Lai - the legendary mixologist who put the spotlight on Molecular Mixology in Hong Kong, are on offer.

Prices start at$98* or $108* when using ultra premium Absolut Elyx vodka. Lai's chic concoctions include Absolut Collin – a blend of vodka, lemon juice Elderflower syrup and soda, Absolut Yuzu Sour made with vodka, Yuzu jam, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white, as well as Absolut Temptation, Absolut Apeach Surrender, Absolut Pearpeach Temptation, Absolut Rimkick and more. Ladies enjoy a free-flow of Absolut Watermelon Martini and Absolut Mango on the house.

Another highlight of the night is Palm Court's resident band, BODY HEAT. Led by veteran trumpet-man, Mark Henderson, the three-member band is a talented ensemble of seasoned artists who set the mood with a mix of pop, jazz, blues, R&B, samba and bossa nova.
