Copa Steakhouse to introduce a delightful Californian-style wine pairing dinner

 

(Macao, May 7, 2014) – Sands® Macao is bringing the delightful taste of California's world-class Napa Valley wines to dinner tables at the award-winning Copa Steakhouse Friday, May 9. Wine lovers will not want to miss the chance to enjoy freshly-prepared, distinctive courses paired with seven exceptional and flavourful Duckhorn-produced wines in a one-night-only dinner hosted by David Duckhorn, President of Via Pacifica Selections.

 

At HKD/MOP 988* per person, the Duckhorn Vineyards Wines – Food & Wine Pairing Dinner is an exquisite dining experience at Sands Macao's Copa Steakhouse, featuring a five-course meal and some of Napa Valley's finest wines produced by one of North America's premier wine producers, Duckhorn Vineyards. Guests treating themselves to the unique dining experience will enjoy a gourmet menu that includes grilled prawns with lemon butter sauce paired with a Pine Ridge Dijon Clones Chardonnay 2010, U.S. Prime beef tenderloin with black pepper jus and roasted baby carrots paired with a Cliff Lede “Poetry” Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, and more.

 

Duckhorn Vineyards has been producing Bordeaux varietal wines of great quality over the past three decades, with a focus on Merlot.
