NEW: The Paris Guided Running and Christmas Shopping Weekend
28th November to 1st December 2013
For those who love to run and shop, Adventures in the Alps has created the ultimate pre-Christmas Weekend in Paris. With 4 guided runs across the city, including a Christmas lights-discovery run, plus the chance to shop at the famous Champs Elysees market, this weekend is the perfect festive short break for runners.
There are 4 runs over the course of the weekend, which are all optional. The running includes
· The Highs and Lows of Paris Run: join our guide to take in the best views of the city before running back through the more 'interesting' sights of Paris
· The Cemetery of Pere LaChaise Run: run to the famous cemetery to visit the tombs of stars such as Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf and Oscar Wilde
· The Christmas Lights Run: change hotels and run to the new hotel following the Christmas lights through the city
· The Ladies of Paris Run: visit famous ladies of the city through the parks, woodlands and streets
· Visit the Christmas Market in the Champs Elysees
Accompanied by Ironman and President of Paris International Triathlon Team, Nick Lamb, this guided running holiday is designed for those who are just getting in to running to those who enjoy running every day. Non-runners are also welcome to accompany running partners.
The cost is £650 per person to include 3 nights B&B accommodation in 3*hotels, 4 guided runs, one group dinner and baggage transfers to the second hotel.
