PRCO is delighted to announce their recent appointment as UK Public Relations representatives of Ultima Gstaad, a luxury five-star boutique hotel nestled at the foot of the Saanen ski slopes. A contemporary, private retreat with a total of eleven suites and six private residences, the Ultima Gstaad opened its doors in December 2016 and is the latest boutique offering in the historic resort town of Gstaad.

Comprising of three private chalets with ski in ski out access, Ultima Gstaad marries a traditional Swiss exterior with opulent yet elegant interior design influences, including bespoke art and furniture. Suites and Residences

Ranging from 50sqm to 240sqm, each of the eleven suites showcase their own individual style and design features, from bronze fireplaces to marble bathrooms and in-room ipads to adjust music and lighting. In addition, every suite has access to a terrace or balcony with views of the surrounding Saanenland mountain range.

Adjacent to the main chalet, the Ultima Residence is home to six lavish apartments from two to four bedrooms. In line with the exquisite design of the hotel, each of the individual apartments boasts lavish interiors with spacious living and dining areas. Guests can enjoy the upmost privacy of their own chalet along with access to the hotel amenities and facilities as well as a private chef and a 24 hour-concierge.

Wellness

Decked out in black marble and perforated bronze, the Ultima Spa has a luxury yacht-like opulence and features six treatment rooms, a 15m indoor swimming pool, a sauna, steam room and gym. The spa menu features a comprehensive range of treatments by La Prairie, a Swiss brand renowned for its anti-ageing cellular properties. In addition, the Aesthetics Clinic offers state-of-the art anti-ageing treatments, including Radiofrequency Treatment and laser.

Dining

Serving fresh and locally sourced produce, the Duchessa Gstaad is a chic and intimate restaurant offering Italian cuisine combined with Alpine specialities and regional produce. Throughout the winter season, three Michelin-starred chef, Georges Blanc, will be overseeing the menu, bringing his international culinary flair to Gstaad.

A team of expert mixologists are on hand at the rotunda style Lobby Bar, where guests can enjoy a pre or post-dinner sharpener. For a healthy alternative to the traditional après ski, the Detox Bar serves a delicious selection of freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices.
