- Year-long contract to support and stretch internal team -
Award-winning communications consultancy Flagship Consulting has been appointed by the National Museum of the Royal Navy to devise and deliver the consumer PR programme in 2016 for Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to the HMS Victory and Mary Rose, following a competitive pitch.
The year-long programme will involve the creation and implementation of a new creative campaign with the consumer audience at its core. Flagship will lead the campaign in reaching consumer and national media, highlighting Portsmouth Historic Dockyard as a whole with spotlights on all 11 attractions within the site; maximising the wealth of exciting landmarks and events throughout the year.
Flagship will support and stretch the internal PR team at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard to communicate the benefits of the all attraction ticket to a wider audience, encouraging first time and repeat visits in order to grow footfall and help the visitor site to reach its target of becoming a one million visitor per annum attraction.
