Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, a Destination Hotels & Resorts property, is excited to host the Third Annual Mountain Microbrew Festival on Saturday, October 30, 2004, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Mountain Microbrew Festival will feature beer tastings, seminars, live music, food and much more.
�We have an incredible line-up of some of Colorado�s top microbreweries participating. The first two years were such a success, we�re really looking forward to this year�s Third Annual Mountain Microbrew Festival,� said J. Scott Gubrud, director of sales and marketing for Vail Cascade Resort & Spa.
Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is offering a special $129 package rate during the weekend, which includes one admission to the Microbrew Festival. Additional advance tickets can be purchased for $25 through reservations, $30 at the door. This $129 rate is per night, based on double occupancy and subject to availability. The Mountain Microbrew Festival begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday with beer tastings, food and live entertainment. Entertainment will run until 6 p.m. Guests can also get a taste of Aria Spa & Club�s delightful treatments at the Aria table, featuring a mini-massage station. Guests who book a reservation and stay at the resort for the festival will also receive a traditional German beer stein welcome gift upon arrival and check in.

Full-admission tickets, which include beer and food are $30 ($25 with lodging at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa). Tickets for food only are $20 for adults. Admission for children ages 6-12 is $15 and children 5 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased by calling 970-476-7111, or at the door. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Vail Breast Cancer Awareness Group.
