For one evening only, Thursday 19thSeptember, the St Ermin's Hotel by St James's Park will be offering a 7-course pop-up dessert menu with matched cocktails or wines from £40 per person.

Head Pastry Chef, 26-year-old Jamie Warley, will surprise with imaginative pairings such as celeriac, bacon, truffle and banana or tomato, basil and strawberry as well as with presentation. His truffle, parsnip and honey arrives to be dug, truffle like from the bowl and is eaten straight from the hand – and the honey comes from the hotel's own bees.

The rooftop kitchen garden adds a little more home-grown taste to the 7 courses, which, without paired drinks, are priced at £40; with the cocktails at £65, with a flight of sparkling wine and a glass of Tokaji Aszu at £75. Non-alcoholic options available on request.
