On Sunday 31 October the British Guild of Travel Writers is giving you the opportunity to reconnect with friends from across the travel media industry, in person and with a drink in hand. We expect a record number of top-tier travel journalists and travel industry friends to join us for the 'BGTW Annual Gala Awards Dinner – A Celebration of Travel'. The event will be held at The Savoy in central London, undoubtedly the Capital's most prestigious event venue. 

This very special evening, for so long a highlight of the travel industry calendar, has been given a makeover in recognition of the achievements that have taken place during what has been a most challenging period for the entire industry. 

We're all set to bring together one of the largest gatherings of travel content producers, commissioning editors and travel industry PRs, and we want you to join us.

We are also thrilled that the event is being empowered by our friends at Tenerife Tourism. Expect a 'Journey to Tenerife' like no other. Whilst we might not be able to bring you sun and sand, we most certainly can bring you the famed joie de vivre of this sunny Spanish island. As a result, the dress code will be 'relaxed', meaning you can wear lounge suits, posh frocks, national dress, or, well, perhaps beachwear is taking it a step too far!
