New look, new site: Premium airport services provider launches website as welcoming and convenient as its lounge facilities

 

(Hong Kong 28th October 2013) Plaza Premium Lounge, the premium airport services provider has launched a new website introducing a whole new look and feel to its webpage.

 

"We decided to redesign our site to enhance the booking experience and boost interactivity," explains Song Hoi-See, Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited. "We want travellers to better understand our 'pay-in lounge' concept, appreciate the benefits of lounge use and understand how it would change their airport experience for the better."


The new website is more contemporary and user-friendly, featuring high resolution visuals and a responsive design. In line with Plaza Premium Lounge's brand development plan, it takes its cue from recent trends in web design. The website invites guests to visit Plaza Premium Lounge's 110-plus locations worldwide and provides meaningful information, from directions and contact points to advising on which lounge best suits a traveller's needs and itinerary.


In addition, the all-new website features 'News' and 'Promotions' sections, as well as a 'Contact Us' and 'FAQ' to make the site more user-friendly and easy to navigate. Guests will be provided with a snapshot of the latest projects, openings, event photos and offers from the landing page.

Further enhancing the travel experience, the website also includes a new booking engine. Guests can book and pay for their lounge stay ahead of time and enjoy priority check-in with the flash a confirmation letter upon entry. To celebrate the new site, Plaza Premium Lounge will offer an online discount for each reservation made on its new website.

 

There is also a new 'Job Opportunities' section to let prospective candidates view the jobs that are available in Plaza Premium Lounge globally and apply through its new platform.
