We open our second airport pay-in lounge to passengers flying out of the International Departure Hall in Penang

(PENANG, 3 May 2013) We are proud to announce the opening of the second Plaza Premium Lounge in Penang International Airport this week - this marks our ninth airport pay-in lounge opened in Malaysia.

Located in the International Departure Hall, this newly opened lounge, together with our lounge in Domestic Departure Terminal which opened in March, will serve all travellers in Penang, regardless the destination, airline or class of travel.

Sporting velvet sofa chairs in Plaza gold-brown colour tone under the soft lighting, Plaza Premium Lounge is designed to maximise the comfort and relaxation of travellers before flight. Besides the luxurious in-lounge facilities, we also place a strong focus on our food and beverages - a selection of local delicacies, featuring our signature dish Penang-style Noodles with Fish made from fresh Dory Fish; and Java Coffee from Dankoff Coffee for travellers to begin the day with.

To enhance the airport experience, travellers can opt for a walk-in rate of RM128 (two hours), RM168 (five hours), or RM188 (10 hours), depending on the length of stay.

Located on the mezzanine floor of the International Departure Hall, this new Plaza Premium Lounge opens from 0500 until 2300 with a seating capacity of 60 guests. Travellers can stay connected with our high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi and computer workstations.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Domestic Departures, Penang International Airport

Located at the Domestic Departure Hall's boarding area opposite security screening, this Plaza Premium Lounge opens from 0500 until midnight - offering a seating capacity of 70 travellers. Facilities such as shower room, computer workstations and a private room that offers ultimate privacy for small group gatherings or meetings are provided.
