The category concept is similar to the MCCVB's well-received website, www.montereyinfo.org, where visitors access up-to-the-minute information according to their particular interests.

Introductory sections in the popular guide tell the tale of Monterey County through articles on family travel, arts and culture, nature and outdoor adventure, the area's rich history and more. Additional guide highlights include a 2004 calendar of events, maps, hotel and restaurant listings, information on area wineries, and specialized sections on planning weddings, meetings and group events.
