Salt Meats Cheese has 10 venues across NSW and QLD and they all have 1 main and fabulous thing in common. All of them are managed by strong and dedicated women. “Without these women ruling over our lives, our company falls apart” laugh owners Stefano De Blasi and Edoardo Perlo.
The serious page turns to fact that 1 in 7 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer by the time they reach 85 years old. “When we looked at the statistics and we reflect on the fact that all the people we love the most are women we couldn't turn away from it, we had to think of something”.
When given the brief of teaming up with the McGrath Foundation South Bank Manager Gemmi Bandiera was over the moon to be apart of it. “We all know some one, we've all been touched by it in some way. The work that the McGrath Foundation does to support the women diagnosed is monumental. To be able to contribute in any way is absolutely amazing”
For the entire month of October all Salt Meats Cheese venues will be donating 5% of Pink menu sales to the McGrath foundation along with bringing all things PINK to their fabulous Pink bar and kitchen menus.
“All our bars across NSW and QLD will be turned pink for the entire month of October and our chefs and bartenders designed a sensational 'Pink Menu' with Pink salt Margaritas, Pink Velvet Martini, Pink pizzas, Pink pannacotta and of course Rose wine which will be sold in magnum bottle as well as regular bottles”.
Salt Meats Cheese's Pink Month will start on Tuesday 1st of October till Thursday the 31st of October.
