PIER 39 Welcomes New Attraction, The 7D Experience

PIER 39 announces the opening of the 7D Experience, the most advanced film attraction in the world and the first of its kind in North America.  Experience the thrill of a roller coaster and the excitement of interacting with film itself, all without leaving your seat.

“We are thrilled to have this advanced technology attraction at The PIER,” said Taylor Safford, PIER 39's President and CEO.  “Even our employees are competing amongst each other for the highest score.  It's the coolest new experience in town.”  This attraction features a state of the art digital theater with surround sound, 3D effects, full motion seats and the newest in interactive laser technology.  The 7D Experience allows everyone in the audience to compete to achieve the highest score as guests blast away as many video villains as they can.  The best competitors will have their photos and scores posted on the big screen for everyone to view and, of course, bragging rights.
