Lofoten 12 Mar 2014
Photograph Norway's Best Kept Secret May 2014 £100 Off

Wild Photography Holidays

Wild Photography Holidays offer an unbeatable £100 off this incredible photographic adventure in Arctic Norway. Lofoten is probably Norway's best kept secret. An archipelago off the north west coast of Norway, it is well known for natural beauty, superb rugged landscape and unique light. Ideally located accommodation and no extra for singles is a key feature of this trip!

The Lofotens are one of the most scenic areas in the whole of Norway. Nowhere does the midnight sun shine to greater effect than on these northern islands. Anchored above the Arctic Circle the purple mountains, green meadows, bright fishing boats and rust-red cottages on stilts are mirrored in a Caribbean-blue sea, consequently the islands have long proved inspirational for artists and photographers.

Photographing throughout the day and night there are lots of opportunities for bird photography as Lofoten has a very high density of sea eagles, cormorants and millions of other sea birds including the eternally endearing Puffin.

Enjoy traditional stilted Rorbu accommodation all with amazing sea views.
