The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum will bring to the Phoenix area its first ever On Tour site. On Tour is a concept created by the Rock Hall to expose audiences outside of Cleveland to the Museum through special permanent and rotating exhibits and collections. When it opens in early 2005, this multi-dimensional facility will exhibit priceless artifacts and rare items of musics most celebrated artists. Nestled in downtown Phoenix in a converted historic brick warehouse building, the venue also will feature educational, corporate and community events year round. We are incredibly excited to be working with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, said Paige Peterson, President & General Manager, Sports and Entertainment Services. This new and exciting addition to Copper Square continues the positive evolution of our growing entertainment district. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum exists to educate its visitors, fans and scholars from around the world about the history and significance of rock and roll music. The Museum carries out this mission through its efforts to collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret this art form.
