The Realm Precinct introduces Canberra and surrounds to another gastronomical sensation through its recently opened Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar, a unique offering entitled “Petit Feast”.
Served from 11.30am, every Saturday, Petit Feast will kick-start those taste-buds, coming alive with a bountiful spread of savouries, charcuterie, cheeses and a selection of delicious desserts paired with a glass of Rosé, Bloody Marys, or endless Mimosas, strictly for those early-afternoon thrill seekers.
“This unique offering is different from anything here in Canberra,” Doma Hotels' Executive Chef, Fabien Wagnon explained. “If I had to relate it to something people are familiar with, it would be the perfect balance of brunch and high-tea, something for one and all to explore.”
“We know Petit Feast will be befitting for couples wanting to relax, or even (over) indulge a little. It's perfect for groups looking for a decadent treat to celebrate an engagement, or even an excuse to drag your husband out of the house!”
The Petit Feast menu ($65 per head) will consist of:
• Savouries – charcuterie sliced meat, duck liver parfait, oysters, quiches, mini sandwich, olives and cheese
• Sweets – mini tartlets, profiteroles, crème brûlée, friands, macarons, scones, chocolate tartlets
• A glass of Rosé
• For $15 guests can upgrade to endless Mimosas.
“Buvette is the ideal setting to spend time with friends, family and loved ones enjoying a day out at Petit Feast,” Mr Wagnon said. “Our outdoor area lets you lounge in the sun while inside the restaurant is a more intimate affair.”
Buvette is also open for breakfast seven days, lunch Tuesday to Friday, and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
