Huka Lodge, a pioneer of chefs/winemakers' weekends, launches the winter season with a series of dinners at no extra cost to guests, featuring Trans-Tasman talents such as the Bentley's Brent Savage, Gibbston Valley’s Christopher Keys and Riverstone Kitchen's Bevan Smith.

Spain’s finest wines, including sherries, will be presented by Sergi Rostall, from the legendary merchants González Byass, complementing a five-course dinner showcasing contemporary Spanish-influenced cuisine by Guest Chef, Brent Savage.
Brent is co-founder and co-owner of Sydney’s fêted Bentley Restaurant & Bar in Surrey Hills. The Bentley has consistently featured in the top 20 of Gourmet Traveller’s Top 100 Australian Restaurants, with two Chef Hats and a coveted Wine Glass status from the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide.
