The Peligoni Club; which manages an eclectic 50+ strong portfolio of independently owned villas on Zakynthos – the 3rd largest and most Southern of the Ionian Islands - has just launched the 'modernist designed' Villa Assimi, for rental from 2015.
Villa Assimi is a 6 bedroom/5 bathroom, high-spec villa, which sits in an enviable position high on the Skinari peninsular. With huge sliding glass doors that run the full length of the house, opening out to the terrace – it offers some of the best vistas on the Island, with full 270 degree views of the Ionians, looking across to Kefalonia.
The Villas' modernist design approach and infinity pool, sit wonderfully juxtaposed against the rugged landscape of volcanic rock outcrops and thorny olive bushes, whilst being set into the ground to maximize the insulating qualities of the bedrock. The Villa itself features a Master bedroom with en-suite on the 1st floor, having 2 glass sides to capitalize on the view. On the ground floor there is the 1st guest bedroom along with the kitchen and living rooms adjacent to each other across the courtyard. Downstairs again are 4 further bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 that share a further bathroom.
As with all villa bookings, Peligoni also offers theadditional benefits of the exclusive club facilities; providing access to the, restaurant, bars, spa, gym, pool, kids club, tennis court, sun decks and water-sports centre.
