Late last week at a lavish ceremony in Sydney, PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney was awarded winner of the Metropolitan Superior Hotel of the Year for the second year running, which is a true testament of the passion and energy of the hotel's Darling Harbour team. In addition to this highest of accolades, two of the hotels associates were recognised individually as leaders in their field of expertise - James Nobleza as Highly Commended, Concierge of the Year and Riley Mackenzie as Highly Commended, Human Resources of the Year.
