World famous for its ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain, Park City's www.visitparkcity.com reputation as a summer destination continues to flourish. With a daily non-stop flight with Delta Airlines from London Heathrow to Salt Lake City, getting there is easy. In addition, the transfer time from Salt Lake City airport to Park City is just 35 minutes by scheduled shuttle. Once there, the superb free public transport system makes getting around really easy.

Head to the nearby Olympic Park and enjoy an exciting bobsled ride (with a pilot of course) down the Olympic track. (Park City was the host city forthe 2002 winter Olympics).
At a more leisurely pace, Park City is reknown for its shopping in the Historic District, where many buildings date from the 19th century when Park City was a major silver mining town. As well as the boutiques and galleries in the Historic District, bars and restaurants are numerous, catering for all tastes and budgets. These include the High West Whiskey Distillery and Saloon, which during the winter ski season, is the world's only ski to the door whiskey distillery!
As summer progresses there are music festivals, food festivals, the weekly Park Silly Sunday Market and sporting events galore. Many hotels have classy spas and visitors can start the day with a morning yoga session in the glorious mountain sunshine.
