Pan Pacific Perth Welcomes New Executive Chef, Graham Burst

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is pleased to announce that it has appointed Graham Burst as Executive Chef of Pan Pacific Perth.

Appointed Executive Chef of Pan Pacific Perth, Graham Burst will oversee the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, Montereys and Origins, Lobby Lounge and Pacific Club Lounge. Burst will also manage the catering for the hotel’s event and meetings facilities.

 

With 28 years of experience at leading hotels in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, Graham was recently the Executive Chef at the InterContinental Hong Kong where he headed the kitchen for its seven restaurants between 2009 and 2013. This included the hotel’s Michelin-star restaurants such as The Steak House Wine Bar & Grill, NOBU by Nobu Matsuhisa, Spoon by Alain Ducasse and Yan Toh Heen.
