Palladium Hotel Group has developed a brand new children’s entertainment programme at its Grand Palladium Resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, exclusively featuring characters from the Emmy award-winning children’s TV series, ‘Raggs’.

The new initiative, ‘Play at Palladium with Raggs’, launched in August 2013 at the five-star all-inclusive beachfront resorts in Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit in Mexico, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Montego Bay in Jamaica, extending their already ample family offering. Aimed at providing fun for the whole family and  particularly appealing to guests aged three years old and up, the programme revolves around the five colourful canine ‘Raggs’ characters from the international hit TV show, who play catchy, upbeat music as ‘The Raggs Band’.

Musical performance is a key element of the new family entertainment product, which also includes meet and greet opportunities with the characters, mini-club events, musical dining experiences and live shows in the resorts’ theatres. Children can dance, limbo and conga with their favourite characters at the weekly disco, ‘Pido’s Surf Party’, and enjoy themed food, drinks and activities while dining with them at ‘Breakfast with Raggs’. The ‘Raggs Pirate Show’, is a 45-minute live family show featuring the characters and professional dancers against a custom-made set complete with pirate ship and confetti-firing cannons.

‘Play at Palladium with Raggs’ joins other family-friendly amenities at the Grand Palladium resorts, including age-tiered kids’ clubs, family-sized rooms (accommodating up to six people) and babysitting services.  Furthermore, young guests in the family suites receive a welcome pack filled with amenities that are specifically tailored to their age, which can be booked prior to arrival.
