In order to hold a grand celebration for the 5th anniversary of Palais de Chine, the next coming preferential event that La Rotisserie will launch is the second session of superb cuisine which unites the guest events of Marco Sacco - the Italian chef who has been awarded 2 Michelin stars -, and Pietro Leemann - vegetarian chef with 1 Michelin star - to present chefs' popular cuisine once again. We provide you 3 fresh-made dishes of Michelin cuisine meticulously at no extra charge during lunch and dinnertime every day from now on. Additionally, to serve guests who love seafood, we provide not only cold dishes but also hot dishes of spot blanched seafood. We wish all the guests at La Rotisserie enjoyment of a completely new sense.
We retain the original main courses and a variety of delicacies on the buffet table. Meanwhile, the Michelin cuisines of Italian Michelin chefs Marco Sacco and Pietro Leemann are going to be provided during lunch and dinnertime every day from now on.
l 【Vitel tone` (cold veal with tuna sauce) with little fresh salad】it is refined by a traditional and classic cuisine of Italian Piemonte. The beef is sliced thinly and slow roasted at 52oC, and the slow cooked tuna sauce, which is like mousse, is wrapped in the sliced beef. You can enjoy the classic dual taste of both seafood and meat.
l 【Not Just bread】 round Tuscan bread with various diced vegetables such as broccoli, pumpkin, carrot, celery, cabbage, avocado, and cannellini is a riot of color just like the look of nature and the bread is then flavored with wasabi. The hot taste goes with aromatic vinegar, yoghourt, saffron, and raspberry sauce to create multiple tastes.
