Palais de Chine Taipei Invite The First Vegetarian Michelin Chef Explores Vegetar

Since late 2014, the Palais de Chine has initiated 3 event series inspired by Italian culture and gourmet cuisine to generate the Palais de Chine's exclusive Italian culinary trend and buzz. Recently, the green revolution has taken major European cities by storm, and the Palais de Chine has also launched the 4th Italian program, where Pietro Leemann - the owner-cum-chef of the only vegetarian Michelin restaurant in Italy Joia – has been invited to Unveil the【Green Planet】Michelin feast during limited lunch and dinner time slots at“ Le Thé ”(6F) between April 22 and 25. Through the chef's Michelin vegetarian culinary concept, the original flavors of the food ingredients are unleashed fully to present aesthetic and delicious vegetarian cuisine. We invite you to love vegetables, animals and the Earth together by exploring Mother Nature with your palate, where unconventional vegetarian cuisine will endow you with a brand new gastronomic experience.
