Today, marks a new era for hotels with award winning design-led hotel collection Ovolo disrupting all the rules, giving guests what they want (what they really really want!) - a new price match guarantee and a flexible cancellation policy coupled with the existing freebies with a new campaign dubbed 'NFW!'.

But that's not all… If the rate decreases from the time the room was booked to the time of check in, Ovolo will gift the lucky visitor the difference in credit to spend anywhere at Ovolo. This generous act gives the customer new found freedom to spend that credit wherever the wind takes them – be it the bar, restaurant or even cheeky late-night room service - Ovolo is your oyster!

 

No Excuses Needed (New Flexible Cancellation Policy)

It's a typical trait to try and forger up a fib when altering or cancelling a reservation, to avoid those hard-hitting cancellation fees. Not here, not now. Ovolo's new policy means there's no need to get creative with the excuses, just let them know and a small fee will be charged for either cancelling or swapping a room prior to your stay.
