This unique and privileged gastronomic exploration is the first of its kind at a private property in Spain. The estate owners have hand-picked a talented troupe of some of the finest chefs in Andalusia, each of whom can deliver guests a different dining experience of the highest quality each night of the week. Every chef flaunts a unique style, character and personality, delivering a diversity of cuisines to tempt the most discerning palates. Each chef brings a taste of Spain to the table; however, the cuisine ranges from Japanese and Asian fusion, to the freshest of local Mediterranean seafood and traditional Spanish. Vegetarian and vegan feasts are also available, and who doesn't love a bubbly Sunday brunch?

Guests are invited to sample local wines hand-picked by the sommelier and explore the culture of Andalusia through its cuisine. Engaging, knowledgeable chefs will wow with show cooking sessions or more in-depth cookery courses, depending on the whims of the participants.

El Carligto caters the experience to the wishes of the guests, with a new chef each night across one week or spread across a longer stay, or selected chefs on preferred days to suit a casual or rigid schedule alike. Every visit is bespoke; beyond this unrivalled experience, the owners of El Carligto can also organise guided tours of the UNESCO sites at the Alhambra in Granada, the Mezquita in Cordoba, and other important historical sites for further cultural and culinary explorations.
