Vincent Rommelaere has spent years photographing Sydney's beaches from the ground and in the air including helicopters over the harbour and countless drives up and down the coast. "The inspiration for this book goes back more than 15 years to my arrival in Sydney," Vincent says. “Initially, my friends and I would head to Bondi, but we quickly discovered that this city had so much more to offer. So, every weekend became a mission to explore the picturesque coastline and the hidden treasures of its harbour beaches. It's truly remarkable that there's only one place in the world where you can reside in a capital city and still have the luxury of choosing from over 100 beaches for a post-work swim."
