Born in France, Olivier started off his career in hospitality industry with various positions in ACCOR and STARWOOD group. In 1988, his first General Manager role at Novotel Pau Lescar led the hotel to the award for The Best Quality of Service for Novotels in Europe and North America.

Followed with various positions in Asia including General Manager at Delta Caravelle Hotel in Vietnam in 1997, Olivier continued to gain extensive International experience. From January 2001 onwards, he was appointed as General Manager at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in New Caledonia, Guyana, London and Warsaw with the prestigious "Bristol Hotel".

Olivier's passion for music and secret identity as a song writer and producer along with his artistic and creative mind make a distinctive difference in his way of management. During his assignment in Sofitel Hyland Shanghai, Olivier organized the first ever Chinese rock band live performance, setting a new trend on Shanghai's Hotel entertainment � the mix of local music talents and international hospitality standards. His own musical work "Bakit Kaibigan" was listed No.10 on Philippines Radio Hot List in 1996. His latest song "Fils De Rien" is now being played by various radio programs in France.
