Liquid Nitrogen Tiramisu
A deliciously hi-tech take on Italy's world-famous dessert, our tiramisu presents a crisp exterior and a deliciously soft core, moving from warm to cool then rich and delicate, thanks to the innovative use of liquid nitrogen. It's a taste sensation not to be missed.
Apple Tarte Tatin
A tempting French pastry made extra special with organic apples from NUO's own orchard, plus rich pastry, and a few top secret Chinese twists.
NUO Lemon
Our take on Italy's semi-frozen dessert combines sweet and tart lemon flavours, perfect for spring.
Other classic treats available at the NUO Dessert Bar include molten chocolate fondant served with macadamia ice cream; traditional French mille-feuille made with homemade vanilla custard; and marinated “Strawberries Romanoff”.
