Shiro is One Eleven’s reservations only sushi and sake bar 

Boasting interiors fully designed by famed Interior Architect Shigemasa Noi. This collaboration with One Eleven has resulted in a wondrously intricate design of woodwork throughout- creating a truly authentic design that allows the guest to feel welcome when dining amidst the warmth of natural wood. The name Shiro and its ambience converge with the essence of Japanese flavors and the seasonal ingredients of Bali. Leading this exquisite epicurean experience is Chef Shinya Kuwazoe, he is known for the highest standards associated with the preparation of sushi with the freshest ingredients, remaining true to his roots, and always transporting one straight to the heart of Oaska.

Given the intimate size of Shiro Sushi & Sake Bar, guests who may wish to sample the delights and the largest selection of the finest sake available are required to make reservations in advance. In-house guests of One Eleven are of course given priority. Shiro is open daily from 6pm to 11pm, Tuesday to Sundays and closed on Mondays.
