Exclusive Dover � Dunkerque passenger ferry operator, Norfolkline, has introduced a new lead-in single fare of just �19.

The fare applies to a car and up to nine passengers and is available on night sailings from Dover at 0145 and 0415 and from Dunkerque at 0200 and 2330.

With a choice of 20 sailings a day between Dover and Dunkerque, Norfolkline has also introduced new daytime fares of �29 each way and peak fares of �49 each way on some peak time sailings. There are also some supplements on selected days and sailings.

All fares are valid for travel until 31 December 2005.

The Dover � Dunkerque service is dedicated exclusively to the needs of the motorist carrying only cars, cars and caravans, motorhomes and motorcycles. Coaches and foot passengers are not carried.

Norfolkline�s tourist and freight business on the Dover to Dunkerque service continues to go from strength-to-strength and, to meet growing customer demand, the company is making the biggest single investment of any of the Dover based cross channel ferry operators.

Three new purpose-built car ferries are currently under construction with the first of these being introduced to the Dover � Dunkerque service in September 2005. The second enters service in December 2005 and third in July 2006.

Each will have capacity for 780 passengers and up to 200 cars and major new features will include separate decks for freight and tourist vehicles and exclusive facilities for tourist passengers and freight drivers.
